Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

• Email creativetherapynyc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If stock is limited, contact us first and we'll do our best to hold it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
